Wolfgang Van Halen Net Worth $10 Million

Wolfgang Van Halen was born to Eddie Van Halen, a guitarist, and the founder of the Van Halen band, and Valerie Bertinelli, an actress; of course his parents named him after the classical composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. His uncle is the well-known drummer Alex Van Halen, and so under the influence of his father and uncle, Wolfgang’s interest in music began in his early years.

Since his early days, Wolfgang practiced playing drums at the Van Halen rehearsals, and later switched to bass and lead guitar. Over time, he also learnt to play the keyboard. He first joined the band on a tour in 2004, playing the bass, however, he didn’t officially join the band until 2007. In 2010, the band started working on its new album, entitled “A Different Kind OF Truth”, which was released in 2011, and it debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 Chart. Furthermore, the album sold over 400,000 copies, increasing Wolfgang`s net worth to a large degree, especially as he was the new member of the band. Wolfgang also participated in Van Halen`s tour in 2015, on which they recorded a live album in Tokyo, entitled “Tokyo Dome Live in Concert”.

In addition to his involvement with Van Halen, Wolfgang is also a member of the heavy metal band Tremonti, as a bass player, replacing Brian Marshall in 2012. The band consists of Mark Tremonti, guitarist and singer, who also serves as a guitar player for rock bands Creed and Alter Bridge, Eric Friedman, a rhythm guitarist and on drums Garrett Whitlock. With Mark Tremonti, Wolfgang has participated in recording their second album “Cauterize”, which was released in 2015.

His latest ventures in the music industry include the recording of Tremonti`s third album, which will be released in 2016, and Wolfgang is also working on his debut album on his own, which should also add to his overall net worth.

His father, Eddie built a series of guitars under Wolfgang`s name, and has also dedicated the “316” instrumental to Wolfgang, for his birthday.

When it comes to his personal life, little is known in the media about Wolfgang Van Halen. As with many other young people, he is active on social networks – Twitter and Instagram, on which he has a great number of followers. He currently lives in Los Angeles, California.
