She experienced difficulty with her primary parachute “after a successful, uneventful 7-person drop,” they continued. She did not open her backup parachute and dropped it relatively low to the ground. The weather had no impact.

Last year, Susan Sweetman was in the news following her death due to a skydiving accident in Hendry County.

She made headlines as a well-known in the skydiving community who passed away in Hendry County after a skydiving accident. WINK News interviewed a man who leaped beside her and witnessed what transpired.

Gregg Flowers claimed Susan experienced “Line twists,” as they are known to skydivers. That indicates that the cords on her parachute were twisted as she pulled them, preventing the parachute from fully opening.

Flowers claimed that timing is crucial and that there wasn’t enough this time. Unfortunately, Susan lost her life due to the cause, and her family and friends are now in grief.

According to Flowers, Sweetman was praying while he was falling. She was below an altitude where she could do anything, so I asked the Lord to protect her and assist her.
