In the realm of animated series, voice actors bring vibrant, often zany characters to life. Jay Bilzerian, the hormone-driven teenager from Netflix’s hit show “Big Mouth,” is no exception. But who’s the voice behind this energetic, sometimes misguided character? Enter the world of the wildly talented Jason Mantzoukas.

Jason Mantzoukas is an American actor, comedian, and writer known for his unique comedic style and distinctive voice. While he has carved a niche for himself in various television shows and films, it’s his role as Jay Bilzerian in “Big Mouth” that showcases his ability to infuse animated characters with depth, humor, and nuance.

Jason’s journey in entertainment has been diverse. Apart from “Big Mouth,” he’s known for roles in popular shows like “The League,” where he played the hilarious Rafi, and “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” as the infamous Adrian Pimento. His ability to bring out the quirks of every character he plays has made him a favorite among comedy enthusiasts.

In “Big Mouth,” Jason’s portrayal of Jay Bilzerian is nothing short of outstanding. Jay, a character riddled with teenage angst, hormonal surges, and a penchant for magic tricks (and pillows), needed a voice that could capture the essence of adolescence while adding layers of humor and vulnerability. Jason does this effortlessly, making Jay one of the most memorable characters on the show.
