The family’s pain watching their little ones trapped unknowingly using the gun, which led to the death, is heart-wrenching.

Paris’ mother, Shinise Harvey, told in St. Louis that she let her daughter go to the apartment for a family birthday party in March.

According to the reports, Harvey revealed Kuaron is her brother’s son.

The kids were filming a video on Instagram Live in which Paris was playing with the gun.”But it went off and hit” Kuaron, she added.

According to authorities, the “victim and suspect were found inside a house suffering from puncture wounds.” Both were declared dead on the spot.

Although family members claim it was a terrible accident, the incident was initially classed as a murder-suicide by police.

Furthermore, clarifying the incident, Harvey said, “to my knowledge, Paris dropped the gun, fell, and went off.”

“When she picked it up, she grabbed it by the barrel, and it went off. That’s all I’m aware of… It wasn’t a suicide attempt.” She told reporters, “It was just a freak accident.”

Harvey claimed she had no idea how her daughter got her hands on the weapon.
