Trisha has two daughters with  Mark. When  her daughter Madi was seven weeks old, she had severe breathing problems and she was rushed to hospital. Madi  was quickly hooked up to a ton of equipment in the intensive- care unit and Trisha did not know if her little girl was going to live or die.

She sat next to her daughter’s bed, listening to the beeps from her monitors. If they changed dramatically she yelled for the nurses and they would work on her until she was breathing again.

Over the next few days her daughter steadily got worse. The doctors kept on reviving her, but it was touch and go -and then Trisha had a crucial decision to make. Eventually the sad days were over. An infection was detected in her daughter’s lungs and treated and she was taken home.
