It was in the late 1990’s and early start of the millennium when Jessica and Ashlee launched their singing careers. From 2003 through 2005, the two were featured on a popular MTV reality TV series. Eventually, Jessica’s career began to prosper which triggered the family to move Los Angeles.

Though she is still highly involved in her daughter’s singing and acting career, Tina Simpson, together with Jessica, launched a boutique-clothing store. Just recently, Tina has been making more headlines than her daughters due to her growing dispute with Joe Simpson, her husband of 34 years. Joe Simpson was alleged to be gay.
