Although she separated from him, her name pops into the limelight time and again for her statements about the NHL executive.

The Aquilini family has dominance in various business fields, including Francesco’s position as the chairman of the Vancouver Canucks NHL Team, owned by the Aquilini Investment Group.

Acquainted with such an influential name, Taliah is not able to fend off the media limelight even after a decade of their divorce.

Hence, despite the Aquilini family’s vast success and fame, Francesco and his former wife are notorious for their legal battles.

Meanwhile, their reasons for going to court have become another reason for the public and media to get closer to their private matters.

Coming in 2022, Francesco and Taliah have once again hit the courts, bombarding the news for their private matter to settle in.

Quick Facts On Tali’ah Aquilini:

Taliah Aquilini Was Francesco Aquilini’s Wife For Almost Two Decades

Taliah Aquilini is famous as the ex-wife of Francesco Aquilini, the Vancouver Canucks owner, for dragging him to court for various cases.

The former couple often knocks on the court doors to settle their disputes, as the ending days of their married life have been rough to the point of impossible reconciliation.

They got married in 1994 and built a family together for almost two decades, before finalizing their divorce in 2013.

According to the pictures from the past, Tali’ah was present in Francesco’s every business venture event and program.

Since her husband purchased the Vancouver Canucks in 2006, Mrs. Aquilini was mostly spotted around the Rogers Arena with Francesco.

Before that, he had purchased a 50% share in Orca Bay Sports and Entertainment (the owners of both the Canucks franchise and Rogers Arena) from John McCaw, Jr. on November 17, 2004.

Following that, Aquilini acquired the remaining 50% of the team and arena, making him the sole owner on November 8, 2006.

Formerly a close-knit couple, their relationship crumbled in 2011, and their divorce was finalized in 2013.

However, the dispute between Tali’ah and Francesco about the divorce alimony and child support demands made headlines each time they visited the court.

Vancouver Sun reported in 2013 that the power couple was arguing over parenting their four children.

On top of that, Mrs. Aquilini had sought a significant share of Francesco’s billions of net worth. Nonetheless, it was a problem that occurred since the Vancouver Canucks owner and his businesses are tied to his corporate family trusts.

Tali’ah Aquilini Sued Francesco Aguilini For Their Kids Physical And Mental Trauma

Things have become challenging for Francesco Aquilini now that Taliah and her three children have once again brought him to court.

While the former couple was a regular drifting pair in the Vancouver court, coming as of late September 2022, the Aquilini children have done the same.

Three of the adult Aquilini children have accused their father of “serious” allegations of mental abuse when they were younger, Vancouver Sun reported in its latest report.

They mentioned in their affidavits that Francesco’s behavior towards them during their childhood was not memorable. Regarding their allegations, Mr. Aquilini allegedly beat one of his sleeping children and did not stop when the child woke up.

In another incident, another kid claimed that Francesco had thrown a five-year-old child across a room. A third allegation mentions the NHL big name had punched a child in the stomach to the verge of crying.

Meanwhile, as of September 2021, the billionaire has stopped paying child support finance for their education. All three children are university-going students with the hopes of being a scholar, an engineer, and a surgeon in the future.

With the mention of their father’s physical and psychological fear, the children no longer wish to have any contact with him. Thus, they have not disclosed their university addresses to him since 2018 out of fear of being contacted by him.

Tali’ah and Francesco have four children in total, while the latter has another child from his previous marriage to radio personality Dusty Martel.

While the names and whereabouts of the Aquilini children are out of sight, Slaylebrity reported about Alessia Aquilini.

She is one of the children of Francesco, who is devoted to working at the Aquilini Investment Group, making her a possible heir to the Canadian corporate group.

Former Aquilini Heiress Taliah Is Removed From Ex-Husband Francesco’s Family Trusts

Taliah Aquilini is out of the conglomerate Aquilini family estate after her 2013 divorce from Francesco.

The Aquilini Investment Group is a family-owned company focusing on agriculture, real estate, sports, investing, and many other fields. Vancouver Cuncks and Rogers Arena also fall under the subsidiaries of this company.

Aquilini Developments, Aquilini Properties, Golden Eagle Group, and Aquilini Renewable Energy are some of the group’s major subsidiaries.

Francesco, along with his father Luigi and two brothers, Roberto and Paolo, is all dedicated to the group in executive positions.

Thus, the family will hoard billions of revenue each year to continue their legacy and fund their high-class lifestyles.

As Francesco and his properties are connected to the leading group managed by his father and brothers, Tali’ah had difficulty asking for the divorce settlement payment since her husband’s earnings are linked to his family business.

In 2013, NHL reported a rather amusing report on Francesco wanting to sell the family wine cellar to pay off Talia’ah.

The wine collection included 1,930 bottles valued at US$789,000 at that time. However, the B.C. Supreme Court Justice Nathan Smith of that time did not force Francesco to sell his family asset to pay off his ex-wife.

He even denied Taliah’s use of the Aquilini vacation properties, hockey tickets, and access to a private suite at Rogers Arena in the divorce.

Thus,
Tali’ah and her ex-husband’s divorce and property distribution were well-looked at by the court.

Tali’ah Aquilini Asked For A Share Of Francesco Aquilini’s Net Worth After The Split

Francesco Aquilini is quite a man of many billions worth net worth, of which Taliah had asked for some shares from it after their divorce.

As the leading figure within the Quilini Investment Group and with his dominance in managing the Vancouver Canucks, Francesco has a net worth of $3.3 billion, per Business Insider.

A Canadian investor is a well-off man known for paying his child support duties until September last year. But before the ongoing 2022 case, his ex-wife Tali’ah had asked for a share in his net worth at the time of the divorce.

While they eventually agreed upon undisclosed terms in their divorce settlement, the NHL report suggests that the court had ordered Francesco to provide his former wife with a monthly list of significant transactions by the family business.

Meanwhile, the court had not ordered interim child support because Francesco had made monthly deposits into a joint bank account.

However, he had been paying child support until last year for three of his college-going children, who have now bombarded the news with the abuse allegations.

At the time of the divorce, Taliah had applied for a restraining order to prevent Aquilini from disposing of or tying up assets in which he maintained an indirect interest. With such a massive legal battle within the family, another fight has been ensured.

Martine is an actress known for her subtle fashion choices when attending events. The two have been captured hand-in-hand in public gatherings as they are open about their love for each other.

As the Aquilini head continues his journey as a public figure in media and social platforms, Martine has instead sat back and enjoyed her time in privacy with her children.
