Explore Kendall Roy’s suicide theory, Logan’s second-oldest son, and a solid contender to take over as Waystar’s leader after Logan steps down.

Kendall has been elevated to Waystar Royco’s CEO position. On the other hand, his father has yet to trust him.

While attending Buckley School and Harvard University, Kendall and Stewy Hosseini party and consume cocaine together, Ken used to be addicted to cocaine and had to go to rehab.

In the first season episode “Sad Sack Wasp Trap,” he claims to have written for the Harvard Lampoon, hinting that he was a student at Harvard.

Ken filed a lawsuit against his brother Roman, a board member who failed to perform his fiduciary duty and breached their employment contract due to the No Confidence vote.

Logan, their father, is pitted against them. Ken receives a half-billion-dollar bid for his Waystar Royco stake.

Is Succession Kendall Roy Contemplating Suicide?

Kendall Roy’s latest episode closes with the eccentric son resting face down in the water on an inflatable pool float.

At this moment, it’s only supposition, but it looks that he attempted suicide. However, there is precedent; he was previously involved in drowning incidents. He kills a hotel employee in Season 1, and when he confesses to his father, the latter holds it against him instead of helping him after cracking the whip.

His suicidal tendencies are exposed as he stands on the roof of the Waystar building. He first looks to contemplate the rooftop, but it is a suicide attempt.

He’s the one who ultimately raises the bullet-riddled white flag, but Logan chooses to make it personal by humiliating him by calling him a loser.
