Clarkson claimed that she could go down two sizes from her morning to lunchtime or up to two sizes. “It’s the strangest thing,” she explained, “it’s all inflammation, whatever.”

Kelly has had to deal with unpleasant body-shamers making comments about her weight since she won the starting season of American Idol in 2002.

In 2015, the singer told Ellen, “I was the biggest girl in the [American Idol cast] too.” “And even though I wasn’t huge, people would refer to me as such… That’s something I’ve always gotten.”

“The same thing happened when I had supper with Miranda Lambert, and we were discussing it. ‘Should I gain?’ she wondered. Should I give up?’ However, no one genuinely cares about your well-being. They only worry about appearances.”

Is Kelly Clarkson Ill?

Kelly Clarkson may have shed 37 pounds after modifying her diet, but she claims that weight loss had a “side effect” of her efforts to address another health concern.

“I have an autoimmune condition and a thyroid problem that started in 2006,” the singer revealed on the Today show in June 2018.

“I know the industry loves it when people lose weight, but it wasn’t really about the weight for me. ‘I’m not on my medicine any longer,’ she said.”
