Diane’s murderers are still serving in jail. Just the thing is, some people have expressed their dissatisfaction with the punishment that the murderers received as found on Facebook. They feel that the punishment was too light.

Who Is Diane Snellen Daughter Stephanie Olson?

Diane Snellen’s daughter Stephanie Olson was the only and youngest daughter of Diane.

Stephanie, who pretended to be a victim, was actually declared as a main part of her mother’s murder scene. She was the one to plan the killing of her own birth mother Diane with her accomplices as per Press Reader.

And, as per her conspiracy, she made the murder look like a sexual assault. The following day after the bloody scene, Stephanie called the police to report it.

In fact, the mother-daughter relationship had started to strain as Stephanie also wanted to live a carefree life like her brother and live alone. But, the problem with Stephanie’s boyfriend David Tyler Dressman pushed the trigger to the core as Diane didn’t like that boy.

After the arrest of two people i.e. David and his friend Timothy Crabtree, Stephanie Olson, a teenager, was also put into custody within a year later. When it was found that she was convicted of murder, she received 25 years of imprisonment considering her minor age.

More On Diane Snellen Family

Diane Snellen’s family included her two beloved kids.

Always wanting to have kids, she had managed to her own family at the age of 20. Actually, she got married to Stephen Olson and had two children; a boy and a girl. After some years, their marriage fell apart.

As a result, Diane took custody of her children after her divorce from her ex-husband and father of her two kids. The mother of two raised Stephanie and Stephen Jr. Olson.

Diane, who was a single mother and divorced woman, was also raised by a single mom. This probably explains how she got the courage to take care of two children singlehandedly.

In 1991, she married her Toyota co-worker now ex-husband Danny Snellen after a whirlwind romance between two. Later, her new relationship also did not last long.

Though Diane’s older child Stephen moved out of the house after being old enough, she retained her daughter Stephanie with her as her daughter was a girl and still a minor when Diane was alive.

Perhaps, her overflowing love and care for her daughter Stephanie, which eventually led tumultuous relationship, had played a part in inviting her own murder.
