Michael Raymond-James wiki, bio

Michael Raymond-James was born Michael Weverstad in Detroit, Michigan. It was December 24, 1977. It was here that he was brought up without any desire to act.

Not much is known about his family or exactly how he was raised.

For his education, the man attended Clarkston High School and graduated in 1996. Growing up, he was more of an athlete than anything else, and during his high school years, he was a football player as well as a track runner.

Looking back on his acting life, Raymond James did not prepare or plan to become an actor. In fact, it was at the age of 19 that he decided to get into acting by accident. The actor remarked that he saw a flyer for a student film and decided to come in and give it a try even though he suspected he was a bit drunk at the time. This is how he was able to discover himself as an actor.

Because Detroit was not the best choice for an actor, Raymond-James decided to move to New York where he studied at the Lee Strasberg Theater. It was there that he met people like George Loros and Jeffery Horn.

From New York where he started in the theater, the actor moved to Los Angeles after being invited by a casting director. This is how he was able to start professionally.

The actor made his full debut as an actor in 2000 when he took part in Minor Blues. His next film would be the Black Snake Moan (2006) then The Twenty (2010). By 2016, he had already appeared in a number of films, including Bowman Mickey (2011), Jack Reacher (2012), Road to Paloma (2013), Salvation (2014) and Best Hours (2016).

Where he was able to make it even better was with TVs. The actor has appeared in a fairly generous number of TV shows, including Once Upon a Time for which he became very popular, Lie to Me, True Blood, Terriersm, Game of Silence, and a few others he has done. appearances in limited episodes.

For his role in Once Upon a Time (2011), Raymond-James earned a nomination for Favorite TV Character We Miss The Most at the People’s Choice Award, 2015.

Michael Raymond-James Wife Kids Family

A handsome, rather talented actor who is successful in his rights, the question always comes back to his wife and children. Nevertheless, as it would surprise many, Michael Raymond-James is neither married nor the father of children.

In fact, the very personal actor hasn’t been linked to a woman in the past. The only woman he was related to was fellow actress, Jennifer Morrison. It was as early as 2011 when the two appeared together in Once Upon a Time. The interesting part of the set in between is that even though people have linked them to each other, there’s hardly any evidence to show that they’re actually dated.

Essentially, it’s easy to assume the actor has been very good at keeping his relationships out of the public eye if he’s dated anyone in the past. In case you’re wondering if the man kept his relationships hidden because he’s gay, he hasn’t confirmed whether he is or not, and there’s no indication that he’s gay. At least for now.

Michael Raymond-James net worth ($7.7 million)

Looking at Michael Raymond-James’ recipe, you will agree that he is not one of those actors who has starred in almost every movie and every role under the sun. More so, there is no record of his involvement in any investments.

However, because he has acted in some films which are very important and has almost always stayed busy, one would only be fair to expect the man to have a good net worth.

Fittingly, Michael Raymond-James is said to have an estimated net worth between $7.7 million and $8 million.
