Kim Richards started her career in the entertainment industry at the age of four, when she appeared in a diaper advertisement. Kim’s first acting appearance on television was in the television series called “Nanny and the Professor” which ran from 1970–1971. In the 70’s Richards worked in Disney films, such as “No Deposit, No return”, and two so called “Witch Mountain” movies: “Escape To Witch Mountain” and “Return From Witch Mountain ”. These projects were the first contributions to the growth of Kim’s net worth.

In the same decade Kim also appeared in several popular TV shows, including “The Little House on a Prairie”, “The Streets of San Francisco” and “Emergency!”. Richards also starred in the series of “The Whiz Kid” movies: “The Whiz Kid and the Mystery at Riverton” in 1974 and “The Whiz Kid and the Carnival Caper” in 1976. These both movies belong to anthology series “The Wonderful World of Disney”. Again, Kim’s net worth grew steadily with earnings from these appearances.

The late 70’s was an extremely busy time for Kim.
