Cece Cramer and Emma Cramer are the children of American television personality, Jim Cramer. There is very little information about them but it is believed that they are in their 20s. They were born to Jim’s first wife, Karen Backfisch.

Information about their profession, education, and more, is not known yet.

Born on February 10, 1955, Jim Cramer worked in sales and trading at Goldman Sachs in 1984. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1985 but did not practice. After failing to renew his registration, his license to practice law was suspended on April 2, 2009.

He began a hedge fund called Cramer & Co. after he left Goldman Sachs in 1987. The fund was operated out of the offices of hedge fund manager Michael Steinhardt. Some of its investors include Eliot Spitzer, Steve Brill, and Michael Peretz.

Cramer raised $450 million in $5 million increments and received a fee of 20% of the profits generated. He once shared that he sold all of his stocks on the Friday before Black Monday in 1982. He also shared that he had only one year of negative returns from 1988 to 2000.

He retired from managing the hedge fund and was taken over by his former partner, Jeff Berkowitz in 2001.

Cramer joined SmartMoney  Manager as an editor at large. However, he was accused of unethical practice when he made $2 million personal gain after buying stocks before his recommendation article was published, though he was truthful  in the article that he had purchased the stock.

In 2019, TheMaven acquired TheStreet – a financial news and investment website created by Cramer and Peretz in 1996 – for $16.5 million.

He joined CNBC full-time to host the show Mad Money with Jim Cramer in 2005. The show is set to provide people engaging in do-it-yourself investing with “the knowledge and the tools that will empower you to be a better investor.”

Cramer is required to disclose any position he holds in a stock that is discussed on the show, and is not allowed to trade any security he has spoken about on CNBC for five days following the broadcast.

He has also appeared on several tv shows including Today, Live with Regis and Kelly, Cheap Seats, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Show with David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, NBC Nightly News, and more.
