Isabelle is the mother to her three children, two sons Theo and Antoine Griezmann, and a daughter Maud Griezmann.

Her daughter Maud survived the Paris attacks in 2015

Maud luckily survived the November 13, 2015, Paris attacks. She was at the Bataclan theatre at a music concert.

Her brother was playing at the Stade de France the same night and was scheduled around the same time. Since she had avoided her phone that day, she was unaware of terrorist attacks.

At 9:15 pm, outside Stade de France, three suicide bombers struck after failing to enter the stadium. The second group fired on the crowded cafes and restaurants, and the third group attacked the Bataclan theatre.

Maud and her boyfriend were pushed toward the front right corner of the room, where a woman fell between them after three of the attackers walked in with rifles and grenades.

They avoided the bullets, dropping themselves to the ground burying their faces, and shutting their eyes. A person beside her was shot dead as he moved.

For 90 minutes, she and her boyfriend held each hand of the woman between them and squeezed the woman’s hand and the woman would squeezed back to inform each other that they were alive.

They managed to come out barefoot at 2 am with clothes all covered with blood. She first informed Isabelle that she was out.
