Fans are wondering whether the Pentatonix is Christian as they take the stage this Saturday at Target Center in North Minneapolis at 7 p.m.

The three-time Grammy Award Winners, Pentatonix have sold Multi-Platinums and they are out with their new Christmas album Evergreen just in time for the holidays.

The group consisting of original members Mitch Grassi, Scott Hoying, and Kirstin Maldonado with Kevin Olusola and Matt Sallee coming in as later additions, offers catchy spins on numerous songs.

Till now, they have released 84 Christmas songs and they claim they are still not tired of making them. For them, being able to create the soundtrack to people’s Christmas memories feels cool.

Is Pentatonix Christian? Faith And Religion

The members of the Pentatonix are Christians even though all of them come from different backgrounds.

Kevin Olusola was brought up in a Christian home by his father as well as his mother with his brother and sister. He was taught to have faith in God. In fact, when he joined Pentatonix, for him, it felt as if it was an opportunity given by God.

Along with Olusola, Kirstin Maldonado is also Christian. Out of 9 known tattoos, her second tattoo was of “Philippians 4:13”. She claims the tattoo on her right wrist is from her favorite Bible verse.

Mitch Grassi, although he has been openly questioned for being gay saying that Christians believe that homosexuality is wrong, is also a Christian.

Similarly, Scott Hoying was hurt by the comments people made about homosexuality. He is openly bisexual as well as a Christian.

Matt Sallee is the son of a music minister so he has his heart set to God. He is a Christian through and through. As soon as he came to LA, he joined a home church.

Pentatonix Members- Are They Still Together 2022?

It is with a light heart that we announce that Pentatonix is still together. The American Acappella group from Arlington, Texas, consists of vocalists Scott Hoying, Mitch Grassi, Kirstin Maldonado, Kevin Olusola, and Matt Sallee.

Since its formation in 2011 in the third season of NBC’S singing competition, they have remained together.

Originally, Avi Kaplan was the group’s bass. However, after he left the group in September 2017, he was replaced by Matt Sallee.

As the only female member of the group, Kirstin Maldonado decidedly also began her career as a solo artist in 2017. Her debut took off with the song “break a little”.

However, she is still with the group.
