Perhaps, without Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s affair, the romance between Patrick Whitesell and Pia Miller may have never materialized. It was after the world’s richest man split from his ex-wife MacKenzie that Whitesell’s wife found the courage to do same, thereby enabling him to find love beyond borders. While Patrick and Pia’s relationship continues to raise eyebrows, the couple seems to be head over heels in love and waxing stronger together. From secret dates to romantic getaways and even engagement rumors, find out all the juicy details about the pair’s journey to love.

Why Did Whitesell and Sanchez Split?

Despite being one of Hollywood’s most powerful players, Patrick Whitesell‘s love life and family have relatively been kept on a low key until early 2019. The CEO of Hollywood talent agency William Morris Endeavor (WME) who is worth an estimated $440 million, represents A-listers such as Hugh Jackman, Matt Damon, and Ben Affleck.

After his star-studded wedding with estranged wife Lauren Sanchez in 2005, the couple tried to shield their family away from the spotlight. Whitesell and Sanchez had two children together – a son Evan and a daughter Ella, as well as an older son Nikko from the former TV host’s previous relationship. The privacy policy seemed to have worked well for the ‘Whitesells’ for 13 years until Lauren ditched Patrick for the Amazon billionaire.

Though the affair between Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez was exposed in the media in early 2019, the pair had reportedly been dating for around nine months. Meanwhile, Whitesell who was pals with the Amazon CEO and the medium through which his wife met the billionaire, was apparently unaware of the fling. After the press leaked the affair in January 2019, Jeff and his ex-wife of 25 years, MacKenzie announced they were splitting and finalized the terms of their divorce in April. It was thereafter and in the same month that Lauren filed for divorce from Patrick.

Inside Patrick Whitesell and Pia Miller’s Romance

Nonetheless, Whitesell seems to have come out of the Bezos-Sanchez scandal unscathed. Barely a month after his wife filed for divorce, the Hollywood power agent moved on with the stunning Chilean-born Australian actress and model, Pia Miller. Whitesell’s new girlfriend has been on the modeling scene since 1998 when she won a teen magazine competition. Fans of the hit Australian TV show Home and Away may recognize the actress for her role as police officer Kat Chapman.

On the personal front, Miller is also a divorcee and mom of two. Her ex-husband is former AFL star, Brad Miller. The pair who tied the knot in 2007 stayed together for eight years before calling it quits in 2015. Her first son, Isaiah, was born when the model was 19 while the second, Lennox came along three years later. Pia later found love with Australian photographer and businessman, Tyson Mullane. However, after an 18-month engagement, they parted ways in early 2019. Though several reasons have been cited for their breakup, the couple claimed Miller’s busy travel schedule got in the way.

Patrick Whitesell and Pia Miller managed to keep their romance under wraps for a few months, sparking more press curiosity. However, the couple who had been quietly dating since May 2019 eventually confirmed they were an item three months later when they were spotted together for the first time on the Italian coast.

In addition to a couple of earlier dates in May, Pia jetted in from Australia to meet Whitesell in L.A before embarking on their romantic getaway to Italy on a private jet. After enjoying a romantic trip to Paris in June, the multimillionaire and his actress girlfriend were also pictured in August spending more time together on a yacht on the Italian coast. Patrick Whitesell and Pia Miller’s luxury holiday in Italy was even more enjoyable as they were joined by American Idol host Ryan Seacrest and his model girlfriend Shayna Taylor.

The Home and Away star’s new beau is arguably one of the most well-connected men in showbiz which has availed her the privilege of mingling with A-list celebrities such as Seacrest. While some folks allege that the actress is only a user who is just trying to climb up the social ladder, it is certain that their romance won’t hurt her acting career. Nonetheless, the couple’s relationship is accepted and causing great excitement in Miller’s circle.

Patrick Whitesell and Pia Miller who probably bonded over their messy romances are still going strong months later. In fact, the actress raised eyebrows in September 2019 following a suggestive picture she posted online. Miller attracted unusual attention with a gym selfie that showed her spotting a piece of gold jewelry on her finger which appeared to be a promise ring. Since neither parties have confirmed the speculations of an engagement, fans will just have to wait it out to see how events will unfold for Patrick Whitesell and Pia Miller.

Meanwhile, things seem to be fairing well for Whitsell’s estranged wife, Lauren Sanchez and her billionaire beau, Bezos. The former TV host turned pilot and camerawoman and the Amazon CEO appear to be waxing stronger, moving into an apartment together and meeting each other’s families.
