Alden Bunag, a Hawaii public school teacher, was arrested on federal accusations of child pornography. After confessing to the crime, he was charged with one count of child pornography distribution.

A Hawaii-based instructor was recently caught sharing a 13-year-old male student’s illicit videos and photos with another teacher on the US mainland. The teacher, identified as Alden Bunag, has committed to having sex with the youngster at the school during launch breaks, as per court filings. The boy was a minor at the time and is identified as a former student.

On Wednesday, Honolulu FBI agents issued search warrants at Bunag’s residence and arrested him at Oahu’s Pearl City High School (PCHS). As reported by officials, he allegedly shared child pornography on his phone via the Telegram app.

Alden Bunag Arrested For Distributing Child Pornography

The summer school instructor at Oahu has been arrested and accused of disseminating child pornography. The self-described socialist Filipino-American teacher told authorities that he recorded a sexual act with a 13-year-old former student and passed the footage to others, including a Philadelphia instructor.

Alden was known on social media for his dramatic tweets and use of aggressive language before his arrest for child porn. He was an outspoken supporter of exposing children to drag queens and trans strippers. He also strongly supported Florida’s Parental Rights in Education Bill, which prevents sexual orientation or gender identity from being taught in kindergarten through third grade.

The Philadelphia instructor was investigated by authorities in July 2021 after an anonymous complaint that the Philadelphia instructor was uploading child pornography surfaced. Investigators discovered evidence of a chat with a man named Alden while checking his computers.

According to reports, the teacher sent Alden over 3,4000 messages, many of which featured child pornography photographs and videos. They also discovered a video of Alden performing a sex act with an underage teenage guy on the teacher’s phone.

Bunag confessed to his actions once investigators were able to track down the chats.
