Emily Bailey’s Missing case of Hamilton is handed over to the Homicide investigators. She was reported missing on January 10, presumed to be murdered or involved in foul play.

Emily Bailey went to a New Year’s Eve party on Weir St. North on December 31, 2021.

She was supposed to leave the house the following day and go to a friend’s place, but she never showed up.

Lori Bevan, Bailey’s mother, spoke at the news conference, saying her daughter was in regular contact with family members and constantly checked in on her daughters, one of whom turned two on Wednesday.

Emily Bailey Missing Hamilton Update

Emily Bailey missing from the Hamilton afterparty on January 10 has not been undermined by the Hamilton Police.

Thus, the case has been handed out to the special Homicide Investigators.

Police suspect “foul play” in searching for a missing 23-year-old Hamilton mother of two.

On Wednesday, murder investigators said they had taken up the investigation into Emily Bailey’s disappearance, which was reported missing on January 10, 2022.

According to police, the disappearance could be linked to a New Year’s Eve party at a Weir Street North residence in the city’s east end.

Det. Sgt. Jim Callender described the investigation as “complex,” adding that Bailey was supposed to attend a party, but it’s unclear if one was.

Additionally, Callender said, “She was reported to have been leaving an acquittance’s house after that party.”

Is Emily Bailey Dead or Murdered?

Emily Bailey’s death or murder will be revealed after the Homicide investigators find some evidence on the case.

At present, the case has its complications to be barely concluded into her death or murder.

Emily’s disappearance after the party was never correlated with the occurring revelations.

Bailey experienced a “hard existence” in which she suffered from homelessness.

The homelessness caused her to live a somewhat itinerant lifestyle going from place to place.

Emily’s case has been submitted to the National Center for Missing, and Unidentified Human Remains, which adds DNA to the databank.

Bailey is described by police as being five feet four inches tall, with a thin body and shoulder-length black/brown hair with blue or green highlights.

Emily Bailey Husband Or Boyfriend- Is She Married?

It’s unclear until now on Emily Bailey Huband or her Boyfriend’s involvement in the case. Meanwhile, it’s still a part of the investigation whether she had one.

Emily is a young mother of 23 living with her two daughters in Hamilton.

Bailey’s mother, Beven, is taking care of the kids as of now, and she is also helping out with the investigation.

There is additional evidence that Bailey was looking for a ride on December 31.

She was also seen before going missing in a dark-colored GMC or Chevrolet pickup truck the previous week.

However, investigators are unsure whether this is related to her disappearance.

Detectives want to speak with anyone who knows anything about Bailey’s life in the week before she vanished.

At the same time, they also want to know about the alleged New Year’s Eve party.
