Ghostface Killah Has Never Been Married Or Engaged

Despite having four kids, the rapper has never been married to a particular woman. Moreover, his dating history is also shrouded in secrecy.

Although the famous hip-hop group, Wu-Tang Clan, members are surrounded by intense media coverage, most of them have managed to keep their love lives secret. Dennis is no exception.

The rapper only had a few public relationships, including his romance with Kelsey Nykole in 2014.

He appeared alongside her in the VH1 series Couples Therapy. There he revealed he also had another woman in his life, Latrice.

His two-timing ways backfired on him in the same therapy episode. He caught himself in the biggest reality love triangle.

The rapper had invited Latrice into his therapy session with then-girlfriend Nykole.

He said he likes making love to the other woman and that he loves Latrice. This made Nykole so upset and unwanted that she decided to end the relationship.

Dr. Jenn then told Nykole that she deserved the whole cake and not crumbs of love. Ultimately, the pair ended their year-long relationship.

After the split, Killah tried to make his relationship with Latrice. At the time, they had been dating for around two years.

Latrice had no idea that Nykole was physically and emotionally involved with the rapper.

In the couple therapy session, Latrice decided that Killah was not the one. She said she couldn’t trust him and the relationship couldn’t work without trust.

After walking away from Killah, Nykole launched her music career. Since then, she has released several singles, including Vibe (2013), That’s All I Know (2015), A Feeling of Christmas (2017), and Love You Up (2019).
