Chris Broussard Sources

Chris Broussard’s Sources have a reputation of being a bit behind the curve with relation to other real NBA reporters and occupying a world of their own.  That was proven true once again with the news that the Cleveland Cavaliers fired head coach Mike Brown.  Again.

NBA reporters and pretty much everyone else all tweeted out the news that the franchise had announced Brown’s firing and the hiring of David Griffin as GM.

In an interview when Bill Laimbeer  was asked which one he considers the greatest player of all time, Laimbeer didn’t hesitate. “I’ll take LeBron James every day of the week,” he said to Chris Broussard and Rob Parker of Fox Sports 1 on The Odd Couple. This is the stance that Laimbeer has always taken.

Chris was credited for breaking the news that LeBron James is “leaning” towards joining Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh in Miami. The first is that Stephen A. Smith was originally the person who  had broke this news over a week ago this brought their conflict. Yet somehow this is breaking news now—never mind the fact that Chris himself has balked numerous times that summer at the notion of Wade and James teaming up.
