Caspar Lee Bio, Age

It was in Paddington, London that YouTuber, Casper Lee was born on April 24, 1994. After he was born, his mother took him to South Africa where he lived with his family, parents and older sister, Theodora. He was diagnosed with Tourettes syndrome – a neurological disorder characterized by repetitive, patterned, involuntary movements and vocalizations called tics – when he was six years old.

In South Africa, his family moved to different parts of the country where he had the chance to experience many facets of life and learn from it throughout his life. First, he traveled to a rural area called Fort Nottingham, then to Durban, South Africa, where he attended an all-boys school, Crawford College, in La Lucia.

At the age of 11, he had to move once again to Western Cape, where he learned to play tennis. He also attended Oakhill Secondary School, Knysna. A few years later, his parents, Emily Riordan Lee and Jonathan Lee divorced, which, while it didn’t bode well for him, established a solid relationship with his parents afterward.

Caspar started his YouTube channel in 2011, named Dicasp (Caspar manager), but was later renamed Caspar. His channel became quite popular in a short time and he started collaborating with other YouTube personalities such as Joe Sugg (with whom he would later share an apartment), JacksGap, Sam Pepper, Marcus Butler, among others. The collaboration has increased his number of subscribers to the point of becoming a career. He even started another channel, morecaspar where he uploads funny vlogs.

However, he resumed migration and moved back to his birthplace, London, England, in December 2012, living until 2014 with fellow YouTuber Alfie Deyes. Soon after, he moved in with fellow YouTuber Joe Sugg (ThatcherJoe) when his ex-roommate moved in with his girlfriend, Zoe. Sugg aka Zoella (Joe’s sister who lived with him). He stayed with Joe until February 2016 when he moved into a shared apartment with Josh Pieters, also a Youtuber.

Living together offers him the opportunity to work daily with the best YouTubers.

Besides his YouTube career, Caspar has also appeared in a few movies. He played the character Garlic in the comedy film Spud 3: Learning to Fly, voiced a seagull in the UK version of the 2015 film The Spongebob Movie: A Sponge Out of Water. Caspar Lee was also featured alongside his friend Joe in a 2015 travel documentary Joe and Caspar Hit the Road as well as its sequel Joe and Caspar Hit the Road: USA. The documentary was produced for BBC Worldwide. In 2016, he was featured with YouTuber KSI in Mis America and appeared in the music video for Charli XCX’s 2017 single Boys

In the YouTube community, he joined other personalities in several projects. He was part of the YouTube Boyband which raised money in 2014 for Comic Relief. Along with a number of other YouTubers, he starred in the Style Haul series named The Crew in 2014 and featured in a 2014 episode of the American television series Web Therapy. In addition to posting vlogs, pranks and video challenges, he has a series of videos where he comically interviews celebrities. Among these celebrities are Liam Payne, Zac Efron, Channing Tatum and Finn Harries.

Caspar, a man of many hats also wrote a book, his autograph, Caspar Lee with his mother. The book was published in May 2016. In 2017, he became Chief Innovation Officer at Influencer Ltd, a UK influencer marketing agency.

His net worth

Caspar is one of Britain’s top YouTubers with over 7.5 million subscribers and over 850 million video views. His second channel has nearly 2 million subscribers and over 116 million video views.

Going by the fame of his channel and the number of views he has garnered not to mention the subscribers attached to it, YouTuber earns a lot of money. His net worth is estimated to be around $800,000 and $3 million.

Is Caspar Lee gay or does he have a girlfriend?

Fame and beauty do not usually leave you unattached or better still, celibate. Predictably, the South African cutie Caspar has been linked to a number of pretty girls over the course of her career either as speculation or turned out to be true, but nonetheless she has little survived.

First it was the Friday singer, Rebecca Black in 2013, then LaurenElizabeth later that year (the duo appeared in each other’s videos and reportedly spent time together), Alexa Losey, Gaby Jones ( who he dated from October 2013 to 2014), Emma Laven are also on the list. Also among the numbers is Game of the Throne Maisie Williams who he started hanging out with in 2014 and even included in his Bedroom Advice video.

However, he started dating model Madeleine (Maddie) Thea, whom he met on Tinder in 2016. He announced that they are no longer together in a 2017 post on Twitter.

With a slew of Caspar’s probable and actual girlfriends, there’s no questioning his sexual orientation. He’s definitely straight.
