Meet Carmen Jones, Jon Jones’s sister

Carmen Jones, who was born in 1982 in Rochester, New York, was a rock for her younger brother, Jon Jones, who went on to become the UFC Heavyweight Champion. They were both members of a loving family with strong morals.
Carmen Jones was one of four children born to Arthur Jones and Camille Jones, the other two being brothers Arthur Jones and Chandler Jones.

The kinship between the Jones siblings was strong and unbreakable. While Jon and Chandler were inspired by their elder brother, Arthur, they also relied on Carmen for love and support. Carmen’s life was tragically cut short due to brain cancer, a sad diagnosis she received at an early age. She died in 2000 when she was just 17 years old. Despite the passage of time, the Jones brothers continue to remember Carmen and reflect on her influence and lasting legacy.
