Florida, USA – Bobbie Jean Carter, a former makeup artist and sister to child star Aaron Carter and Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter, passed away at the age of 41. Her sister, Angel Carter, confirmed the sad news on her official Instagram page, paying tribute to Bobbie Jean with childhood photos.

In a heartfelt caption, Angel reminisced about her sister’s sense of humor and lively spirit, expressing the unfairness of life that Bobbie Jean endured. The tribute highlighted the challenges faced by the Carter siblings, including the deaths of Leslie Carter in 2012 and Angel’s twin brother Aaron Carter last year.

“Experiencing innocence instead of being burdened by trauma, pain, and suffering is incredibly important for children, particularly at such a young age,” Angel wrote, addressing the shared pain of their childhood. She expressed sorrow that Bobbie Jean, like Leslie and Aaron, didn’t have the opportunity for a better life.

The tribute also emphasized the need to break down barriers surrounding mental health and encourage others to seek support. The exact circumstances of Bobbie Jean Carter’s death remain unknown.

Bobbie Jean’s mother, Jane Carter, shared her shock over her daughter’s sudden death in a statement to TMZ on December 23. While details about the incident are limited, Jane Carter expressed her need for time to process the tragedy and requested privacy for grieving.

Jane Carter also highlighted the additional pain experienced by her eight-year-old granddaughter, Bella, who lost her father and is now without her mother. Bobbie Jean Carter previously appeared on the Carter family’s reality TV show, “House of Carters,” where her struggles with addiction were documented.

Bobbie Jean’s passing follows the death of her younger brother Aaron Carter, who was found dead at his Southern California home in November of the previous year. Aaron Carter, known for his career in music and reality TV, performed as an opening act for Britney Spears and competed on “Dancing With the Stars” in 2009.

The Carter family continues to grapple with multiple losses, and condolences from fans and the public are pouring in for Bobbie Jean Carter. The family is expected to release more details and statements in due course.
