WED IN ROME: Ashley Cole to Tie the Knot in a Romantic Italian Wedding 13 Years after Split from Cheryl

Ashley Cole, the former professional footballer, is ready to embark on a new chapter of his life as he prepares to marry Italian model Sharon Canu. The couple, who have been together for almost a decade, will exchange vows in a beautiful ceremony in Rome at the end of this month, marking a significant milestone in their relationship. This comes 16 months after Ashley proposed to Sharon, setting the stage for their upcoming nuptials.

Ashley’s previous marriage to Cheryl Tweedy was relatively short-lived, lasting only three and a half years before they divorced in 2010. However, his relationship with Sharon has proven to be much more enduring. Having met in 2014 when Ashley joined AS Roma, their love has grown steadily over the years, leading them to this momentous occasion.

According to a trusted source, Ashley and Sharon have invested considerable time and effort into planning their special day. Rome holds a special place in their hearts, having been the city where their paths first crossed. Moreover, the presence of Sharon’s family, who reside there, adds an extra layer of significance to the wedding. The ambiance of the city is undeniably romantic, setting the stage for an enchanting celebration.

While the couple has spared no expense in creating a memorable event, they have chosen to keep the guest list limited to close friends and family. Known for their privacy, Ashley and Sharon do not feel the need for an extravagant and public ceremony. Instead, they prefer to focus on the intimacy and significance of the occasion.

Their two children, a son born in 2016 and a daughter who arrived in 2018, will also be present at the wedding, symbolizing the unity and love shared within their family. This joyous occasion will provide Ashley and Sharon with an opportunity to leave behind the painful memories of a harrowing robbery incident they experienced three years ago, where they were subjected to a terrifying ordeal. The wedding serves as a chance for them to create new, joyful memories that overshadow the past.

As Ashley Cole and Sharon Canu embark on their journey as a married couple, their wedding in Rome represents a milestone filled with love, hope, and the promise of a bright future. It is a celebration of their enduring bond, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.
