Alison Sweeney Looks Heavier in Her Recent Weight Gain Appearance!

Although Alison Sweeney (@alisweeney) has yet not revealed anything about her latest weight gain appearance, she has been struggling with the weight entire her life. According to the sources, the 47-year-old actress was a size 12 at her heaviest. As she previously stated,

I’ve been on Days since I was 16, and being surrounded by such thin, gorgeous actresses made me so insecure and self-conscious.

However, Sweeney felt she’d had enough than quit trendy diets like cabbage soup and grapefruit, making healthy choices like avoiding sugary sodas, and began exercising at boot camp-style gym courses. The end result? She was able to lose over 30 pounds. Later, she explained,

As soon as I made it about being healthy and shifted my focus away from the scale, the weight started to come off. I keep track of my body by how my jeans fit—and how I feel.

With that strategy, she was able to preserve her size 2 to 4. However, she again began to gain weight after giving birth to 2 children. At the time, she stated,

I gained 35 pounds during my pregnancy with Ben and 25 with Megan. When I was getting back in shape after having Megan, I told my trainer, ‘I want my body back!’ She was like, ‘Why go back? Go forward! Be the best you that you can be today. That might be thinner and more toned than ever.’ Turns out, she was right!

As a mother of two, Alison Sweeney’s appearance will probably never be the same again. Even if you lose all of the baby’s weight, your body will never be the same. Your body’s functioning will most likely change.

When you have children, your body begins to work differently. You may never have a totally flat stomach, keeping exercises interesting, and you may urinate every time you do anything.

We believe Alison can still get in shape if she pays attention to her food and exercise routine. It’s hard to tell what’s going on with Alison Sweeney’s body. Furthermore, we cannot merely speculate based on what we believe. We promise to get back to you as soon as we hear from our sources.
